Remote work has made it harder for newcomers to break into our industry, and that bothers me. Over the last couple of years, I’ve been quietly meeting with folks who reach out genuinely wanting to learn – one person each month. I’m excited to make this more official with “Zach’s Weekly Office Hour.”

I’m opening up my calendar four weeks at a time. While I sometimes need to cancel (life happens!), I’ll do my best to reschedule based on when I’m free. Look for Thursday 11 am slots – if you don’t see any, I’m already booked, but check back as spots open up regularly.
